When CAYO initiates cooperative R&D with a brand, the first step is not to rush into technical R&D, but to convene a project review meeting first. During the meeting, we will gather core members from multiple departments including R&D, production, quality control, and supply chain, and conduct in-depth discussions together with the brand partner.
R&D Control: Driven by the PDCA Cycle
进入研发阶段,锴越采用PDCA 循环管理体系(计划 - 执行 - 检查 - 处理),让研发过程中的每一个环节都围绕 “质量达标” 展开,确保产品质量在反复验证中持续优化。
Upon entering the R&D phase, CAYO adopts the PDCA Cycle Management System (Plan-Do-Check-Act), ensuring that every link in the R&D process revolves around "meeting quality standards" and that product quality is continuously optimized through repeated verification.
Product Launch: Expert Group Review
当研发样品完成内部测试后,锴越并不会直接推进量产,而是启动专家组评审环节 —— 这是产品走向市场前的 “最后一道防线”,也是我们对品牌伙伴负责的体现。
After the R&D samples complete internal testing, CAYO does not directly proceed to mass production. Instead, it initiates the expert group review process — which serves as the "final line of defense" before the product enters the market and also reflects our sense of responsibility towards brand partners.
Mass Production: Standardized Parameters
进入大货生产阶段,最关键的是避免 “实验室样品优质,量产产品缩水” 的问题。为此,锴越会将研发阶段的质量标准,转化为可落地的量产质量标准参数体系,让每一个生产环节都 “有章可循”。这套体系包含五大核心内容,缺一不可:产品确认样、标准工艺文件、工艺参数、原材料标准、产品标准。
In the mass production phase, the top priority is to avoid the issue of "high-quality laboratory samples but subpar mass-produced products". To this end, CAYO will convert the quality standards from the R&D phase into a practical mass production quality standard parameter system, ensuring that every production link "has rules to follow". This system consists of five core components, none of which can be omitted: product confirmation samples, standard process documents, process parameters, raw material standards, and product standards.
Standard System Handover to Supply Chain: Full-Process Monitoring
当这套标准参数体系完善后,我们会完整移交给供应链部门,实现研发与生产的 “无缝衔接”。供应链团队会依据标准,对生产过程全程监控:从原料入库检验,到生产环节的在线巡检,再到成品出库前的全项检测,每一个环节都有明确的质量管控节点。
Once this standard parameter system is finalized, we will fully hand it over to the supply chain department to achieve "seamless connection" between R&D and production. The supply chain team will conduct full-process monitoring of the production process in accordance with the standards: from the inspection of raw materials upon warehousing, to the online inspection during the production process, and then to the comprehensive testing of finished products before delivery. Each link has clear quality control checkpoints.
